A QUICK GUIDE
Choose the right tool for the job.
I only have product photos. Where do I start?
Choose Product photo reel. Add 1–5 photos, prepare an opening, offer and call to action, then choose a silent export or a voice. This makes a photo montage; it does not generate a person holding your product.
I have a video of someone presenting my business.
Choose Avatar editor. Upload a 3–30 second clip of one consenting adult speaking. Select a presenter image and voice, review the quote and approve. The edit uses the original movements and spoken words. Review the result, especially the face, hands, product and lip sync.
I need help writing a script.
For photos, use the opening ideas in step 2. For a recorded performance, use Plan a recording to save a script and recording checklist. The recording plan does not generate speech; your performer must say its words in the video.
How do voice previews and costs work?
Choose a voice, then press Play below the selector. This plays an existing sample without spending generation credits. For more choices, add a shared voice to My Voices in ElevenLabs and refresh available voices here. The sample may be in another language; it is not a reading of your script.
Silent photo reels use 0 app credits during the pilot. Photo-reel narration is quoted from the script length. Avatar edits are quoted from your uploaded video’s duration and provider. You approve each generation separately. App credits are not a currency price.
Where is my finished reel?
Open Your reels. Queued jobs continue on the worker when you leave this page. Ready reels have an MP4 download. A failed or review-needed job shows its reason. Avoid submitting the same uncertain paid job again; ask the operator to check it first.
Can I switch workflows without losing my edits?
Yes. Switching sections keeps your current form on this page. Reloading or closing the page can lose unsaved copy. Save a recording plan or create a product reel to keep its settings in your account. Completed product reels include a Reuse brief action.
Who can see my uploads?
Uploads and reels are private to your account. Narration sends text to ElevenLabs. Avatar processing also sends the prepared media to the selected video provider. See processing and privacy for details and deletion controls.
