Reelvaro transforms a consenting adult's recorded performance using an approved fictional presenter or a privately uploaded, permission-confirmed adult likeness, and a licensed voice. It does not offer celebrity impersonation or an influencer marketplace.
What is processed
Accounts store your email and a salted password hash. Campaign briefs, spoken scripts, post copy, uploaded recordings, private presenter portraits, converted audio, job status, credit transactions, and generated outputs are stored on the processing service's private data volume. Session cookies are used for sign-in. Payment information is handled by Stripe, when enabled.
Guided pilot requests
If you request a pilot, we store your contact email, business name, role, promotion idea, purchase intent, contact consent and request status for manual follow-up. Submitting the form does not book a session, take payment or send footage to AI providers. Operator-recorded paid/repeat stages are separate from payment confirmations. Contact the operator to correct or remove a request.
Campaigns and business labels
Saved campaign briefs are private to your account. If you select a campaign for a generation, its contents are saved with that reel. Optional business-name and call-to-action labels are rendered locally on the output. They are promotional labels, not automatic speech subtitles. Review their accuracy and placement before posting.
External AI providers
Speech is sent to ElevenLabs for voice conversion. A prepared video with converted speech and the selected reference image is made available to the selected video provider (WaveSpeed or Enhancor) through expiring signed media links. That provider performs the video edit. Provider retention and processing terms are separate from deletion on this platform.
Audio and accuracy
Use clean, single-speaker recordings without music. Converted speech replaces the entire original soundtrack; original ambience and music are not preserved. AI can alter hands, products, labels, background details, and lip sync. Review the complete result before use. Exports include an “AI presenter” label.
Deletion and failed jobs
Delete completed or failed reels from your library, then delete the associated recording and any private presenter portrait. Pending and uncertain paid requests require operator review before deletion. Deleting local files does not withdraw copies already processed by a provider. Contact the service operator for account deletion, unresolved requests, retention details, and credit reviews.
Before public launch
This product information is not a complete legal policy. The operator must publish their business identity, support contact, retention period, customer terms, cancellation/refund terms, and jurisdiction-specific privacy disclosures before accepting public customers.
Product photo reels
Your product photos, saved reel settings and exported videos are private to your account. Photo montage rendering runs on our server. In this mode, photos are not sent to a generative video provider. If you choose AI narration, the hook, supporting message and call to action are sent to ElevenLabs to generate speech, subject to that provider’s policies. Silent export does not make that call.
Use the studio to delete completed or failed product reels, then their unused photos. Active or uncertain paid jobs require operator review. Product reels and photos must be included in the operator’s retention and backup process. Reusing a brief creates a new render only after approval.
